1. SCOPE, CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS & ASSIGNMENT
1.1 Contracting Party
The contract for the purchase of tickets is initially concluded with:

1.2 Assignment to Operator
The participant acknowledges that the operational execution of the Event will be carried out by a Spanish entity (Sociedad Limitada - S.L.), which is currently in formation.
1.3 Transfer of Contract
Stelzinger GmbH reserves the right to transfer (assign) all rights and obligations arising from this contract to the Spanish S.L. prior to the Event. By purchasing a ticket, the participant explicitly consents to this future transfer of the contract to the executing Spanish entity. Participants will be notified of the transfer and the details of the Spanish entity once completed.
1.4 House Rules
In addition to these Terms, the House Rules displayed on-site and the regulations of the local Spanish authorities apply.
2. AGE RESTRICTION & IDENTIFICATION
2.1 Age Policy
The Event is open to all ages. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid ticket. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and wellbeing throughout the Event.
Children under 12 years of age do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or legal guardian at all times.
2.2 Valid Identification
Tickets are personalized. The Organizer may request valid photo ID to verify ticket holder identity. Accepted forms of identification include: Passport (any nationality), Spanish DNI, NIE, or National ID card from EU/EEA member states. We do not accept photocopies, student IDs, driving licenses (alone), or expired documents.
2.3 Refusal of Entry
Failure to provide acceptable identification when requested, or unaccompanied minors under 18, will result in refusal of entry without refund.
2.4 Alcohol Sales
Sale and service of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited in accordance with Spanish law. Proof of age may be required for purchase.
3. TICKETS, RESALE & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Personalization
Tickets are personalized and non-transferable except through authorized channels.
3.2 No Commercial Resale
Commercial resale of tickets (scalping) is strictly prohibited. Tickets sold via unauthorized third-party sites (e.g., Viagogo, eBay, Facebook) may be cancelled without compensation.
3.3 Authorized Resale & Transfer
Private resale or transfer is only permitted via authorized platforms designated by the Organizer (to be announced on the website) or by direct request to the Organizer via tickets@iberiaeclipse.com (transfer fee may apply).
3.4 No Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), regulations on distance selling contracts do not apply to leisure events held on specific dates. All ticket sales are final.
3.5 Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable except as required by mandatory law.
- If the Organizer cancels the Event entirely (not due to Force Majeure), ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket face value.
- Handling/Administration Fees shown at sale may not be refundable if they are non-recoverable.
- If the Event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new dates. Ticket holders may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the public announcement of the new dates.
- Refund requests must be made via the Organizer's published process. The Organizer will process approved refunds within fifteen (15) working days of approval and, where practicable, via the original payment method.
- Minor programme changes, artist cancellations, schedule adjustments, or adverse weather that does not prevent the Event do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
- Interruptions due to Force Majeure do not entitle Ticket holders to refunds except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- These provisions are subject to mandatory consumer protections; the Organizer will comply with statutory obligations.
4. WRISTBANDS & ADMISSION
4.1 Wristband Exchange
Upon first entry, the valid ticket must be exchanged for a festival wristband at the designated exchange points.
4.2 Wristband Rules
The wristband must be worn intact on the wrist for the entire duration of the Event. Wristbands are non-transferable. Damaged, cut, loose, or manipulated wristbands are invalid and do not entitle the holder to entry or re-entry.
4.3 Re-Entry
Re-entry is permitted while the wristband remains intact and properly worn. Removal or tampering invalidates the wristband.
4.4 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Wristbands
Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands are generally not replaced. In exceptional circumstances, a replacement may be issued at the on-site Incident Desk only after identity verification and purchase check. A replacement fee may apply.
4.5 Right of Admission
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is an unaccompanied minor under 18, under the influence of drugs/alcohol, behaves aggressively, carries prohibited items, or breaches these Terms.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS
To ensure safety and comfort, the following items are strictly prohibited on the festival and camping grounds:
- Fire Hazards: Generators, charcoal grills, gas cookers (unless authorized by alert level), open flame devices, sky lanterns.
- Pyrotechnics: Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, sparklers.
- Weapons: Knives, firearms, explosives, pepper spray, tasers, or any item usable as a weapon.
- Drugs: Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) canisters/dispensers, illegal substances.
- Glass: Glass bottles or containers (small cosmetic containers permitted in camping only; strict glass ban in stage areas).
- Sound Equipment: Large PA systems, large Bluetooth speakers, amplifiers, megaphones.
- Drones: UAVs, flying cameras, or remote-controlled aircraft.
- Pro Equipment: Professional cameras/video gear (detachable lenses) without press accreditation.
- Oversized Bags: Backpacks or bags exceeding 40 × 30 × 15 cm in stage areas.
Prohibited items will be confiscated and disposed of. They will not be returned.
6. CAMPING, FIRE SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
6.1 Camping at Own Risk
Camping is at the participant's own risk. The Organizer accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage to tents, vehicles, or personal belongings.
6.2 TOTAL FIRE BAN
Due to the extreme risk of wildfires in Spain in August, strict rules apply. Open fires, charcoal grills, candles, and sky lanterns are PROHIBITED. Gas cookers are conditional and permitted only if the local fire authority (Bomberos) alert level allows. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
6.3 Leave No Trace
Participants must keep their camping area clean and remove all belongings and rubbish upon departure. A trash deposit (Pfand) system may be in place.
6.4 Vehicles
Sleeping in vehicles (cars, vans, campers) is only permitted in designated camper/van areas, not in the general car park.
7. SOLAR ECLIPSE SAFETY
7.1 Warning
The Event includes observation of a total solar eclipse on 12 August 2026. Looking directly at the sun—even during partial phases—can cause permanent, irreversible eye damage (solar retinopathy) or blindness. This damage can occur within seconds.
7.2 Eye Protection Requirements
The Organizer strongly advises all participants to use only eyewear certified to ISO 12312-2 standards ("eclipse glasses"). Regular sunglasses do NOT provide adequate protection.
7.3 Safe Viewing
Only during totality (when the sun is completely covered) is it safe to view with the naked eye. Before and after totality, certified eye protection is mandatory.
7.4 Disclaimer
The Organizer assumes no liability for eye injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or use of non-certified/damaged protective eyewear.
8. HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARE
8.1 Medical Services
Medical and welfare services will be available on-site.
8.2 Hearing Damage
Sound pressure levels may exceed 85 dB. Prolonged exposure can cause permanent hearing damage. Participants are strongly advised to wear earplugs.
8.3 Environmental Factors
The Event takes place in a natural setting in Spain. Participants must be prepared for extreme heat (35°C+), strong sun, uneven terrain, dust, and insects. Adequate hydration is the participant's responsibility.
9. ACCESSIBILITY
9.1 Commitment
The Organizer is committed to making the Event as accessible as possible.
9.2 Accessibility Requests
Participants requiring accommodations (e.g., accessible viewing areas/camping) should contact us in advance at accessibility@iberiaeclipse.com.
9.3 Companion Tickets
There is no automatic entitlement to free companion tickets. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to verification of need.
10. CASHLESS PAYMENT
10.1 System
The Organizer reserves the right to implement a cashless payment system (e.g., RFID wristband) for all on-site transactions.
10.2 Top-Up & Refunds
Remaining balance on the cashless system can be refunded after the Event. Specific terms and potential processing fees will be published on the website prior to the Event.
11. MEDIA & RECORDING
11.1 Consent to Recording
By attending the Event, the participant grants the Organizer an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use photographs and video recordings in which the participant appears for promotional and documentary purposes without compensation.
11.2 Professional Recording
Professional or commercial photography, filming, or audio recording requires prior written permission. Unauthorized professional equipment may be confiscated.
12. LIABILITY
12.1 Unlimited Liability
The Organizer is liable without limitation for damages to life, body, and health caused by negligent or intentional breach of duty.
12.2 Limited Liability
For other damages, liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for breach of essential contractual obligations.
12.3 Exclusions
The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property; weather conditions; eye injuries from failure to follow eclipse safety guidance; or actions of third parties.
13. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Personal data is processed by Stelzinger GmbH (and, after transfer, the Spanish S.L.) in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Full details are available in our

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
15.1 Contract Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
15.2 On-Site Regulations
All matters regarding on-site safety, security, alcohol regulations, and public order are subject to the mandatory laws of Spain.
15.3 Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from the ticket purchase contract, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany. Once the contract is transferred to the Spanish S.L. (per Section 1.3), jurisdiction may shift to the registered seat of the S.L. for future claims.
16. AMENDMENTS
The Organizer may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes affecting ticket holders will be communicated by email.
